Logistical Centre of Girteka has a bonded warehouse for storage of goods subject to excise (alcohol beverages), by suspending the excise payment, i.e. not paying the excise tax.

   

By applying the temporary suspension of excise payment regime, the bonded warehouse is entitled to receive, store and dispatch the goods (alcohol beverages). Following the standards of the EU directives the goods subject to excise, which are applied the temporary suspension of excise payment regime, may be shipped out only by the warehouse of goods subject to excise. From this warehouse, the goods subject to excise can be sent either to other warehouses and registered tradesmen of other state members, or exported outside the EU customs territory.
This means, that our clients from the EU, Russia and other CIS states in our Logistical Centre can store the alcohol beverages both from the EU and the third countries without paying the excise tax for them. Storage of goods in the warehouse of goods subject to excise is beneficial both for wholesalers and importers from the EU, Russia and other CIS states. This possibility is often exercised when the goods are planned to be exported from one member state of the EU into another, as well as for the export outside the EU.

• The scope of services in the Excise warehouse is very extensive. We can:

  • consolidate and dispatch to the consignee the small consignments (from 1 box) from different manufacturers;
  • service the goods delivered in sea containers;
  • transport the goods consolidated in the warehouse for the consignees in Russia and CIS countries by rail;
  • mark the bottles of alcohol beverages and packages with all necessary stickers, banderols, informational signs, advertising, etc.;
  • sort, pack, pallet the goods, control their quality.
