Together with the modern warehousing services for EU goods, JSC Girteka currently offers to its clients all services of Bonded Customs warehouse, Excise warehouse and customs clearance. The warehouses are EU-numbered and certified, entitling the cargo handling and storage for both EU and export markets.

  

If non-community goods are stored in the customs warehouses, they are not subject to import duties and levies. The exported subsidized goods are also possible to store at these warehouses. Warehouse-based specialists of the State Food and Veterinary Service, State Plant Protection Service, customs officers and customs clearance brokers will handle all the necessary paperwork in a professional and timely manner.

• Services provided in the Bonded Customs warehouses:

  • Storage of goods for unlimited time;
  • Possibility of sale and purchase operations;
  • Sorting and weighting of cargo;
  • Cargo preparation for transportation; assembly of goods, reassembled for the convenience of transportation etc.;
  • Routine handling operations (packing replacement, consignment preparation, tuning, testing, reconstruction, distribution, etc.);
  • Reception, storage and dispatch of goods with temporary suspension of excise payment are allowed in the bonded warehouse (e.g.: alcohol beverages).

  Extra services in the Excise warehouse (for alcohol beverages):

  • routine operations of handling documents and goods;
  • marking and labeling of goods, attaching the banderols, excise marks;
  • sorting, packing of goods, consignment preparation and paletting;
  • quality control;
  • all the logistical services for customers, importing /exporting the alcohol beverages (wine, strong alcohol beverages).
